Oliver Neumann is a postdoctoral researcher in the Research Center of Digital Sustainability at the Institute of Information Systems, University of Bern, Switzerland. He holds a doctorate in Business Administration and Management from the University of Bern, where he wrote his dissertation on themes of employee motivation. Previously, he studied at the University of Konstanz, the University of Mannheim (both Germany), and at York University in Toronto (Canada). His research interests include public innovation, government digitalization, open government, open data, employee motivation, organizational behaviour, and statistical modelling. He previously worked at the University of Bern’s KPM Center for Public Management, at the European Parliament in Brussels and Strasbourg, and at the German Airports Association (ADV) in Brussels.
